What you're buying

You buy a place at a specific date and time of an experience — not at the experience in general. A booking groups the places of one date under one booking code, in the name of whoever paid.

Prices are in Mexican pesos and include tax. The price you see when you pay is the price that applies, even if it changes later.

Your seats are held for ten minutes

From the moment you start checkout, your places are held for ten minutes. If you don't finish paying in that time they go back on sale, and finishing later may find them gone. This is what stops two people paying for the same seat.

If we cancel or move the date

If we cancel an event, you get 100% back — the windows below do not apply. We write to everyone booked.

If we move a date after you've paid, you may cancel for a full refund for as long as the new date hasn't happened. We changed the plan, not you.

Waiting lists

If a date is sold out you can ask to be told when a seat frees up. We write to everyone on that list at once and the seat goes to whoever books first — it is not held for you. Most people who get that email will not get the seat, and we would rather say so here.

Alcohol

These experiences serve distilled spirits. They are for people of legal drinking age, and we may ask for identification at the door.

Cancellation policy

We can't show you the windows right now. Write to us and we'll tell you the ones that apply to your booking.

Your booking keeps the windows that were in force the day you paid. If this page changes later, yours still apply — not the new ones.
